Terms of Use for ZELLU App

Introduction

Welcome to ZELLU! The ZELLU app, hereinafter referred to as "ZELLU" or the "Service," is designed to provide you with a platform for social interaction. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZELLU app. By using ZELLU, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use ZELLU.

Your License to Use ZELLU

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Service subject to these Terms and other applicable laws.

Age and Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), you may only use ZELLU if you have reached the age at which you can consent to data processing under the laws of your country or if we have obtained verifiable parental consent for your use of ZELLU.

Ownership of User Content

You own all rights in the content you post on ZELLU, referred to as "User Content." However, by using ZELLU, you grant ZELLU and other users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, and distribute your User Content for the purposes of using, accessing, operating, developing, and providing ZELLU.

Your Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content and its compliance with these Terms. Your User Content must not violate these Terms or infringe upon the rights of third parties.

SMS Messages

ZELLU may send you SMS messages for various purposes, including two-factor authentication. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Access to the SMS Services

To use ZELLU's SMS services, you must have a mobile communications subscription with a participating carrier. You are responsible for any carrier charges associated with using our SMS services.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your ZELLU account. Do not share your account credentials with others. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Your Use of ZELLU

You agree to use ZELLU for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use ZELLU for illegal activities or share content that violates the law.
